Greetings, I'm Nico Community Lead in Web3

I’m a Web3 Community Leader who progressed from Community Manager to Community Lead, building communities from zero to scale — from incubation to independent protocol — and now operating on a path toward Head of Community ownership.

I was originally hired by Thesis.co as a Community Manager to launch and build the community for Acre, a Bitcoin-native DeFi protocol. Following a successful spin-out, I was promoted and retained by AcreBTC as Community Lead, where I now own community strategy across Discord, Telegram, and X, support governance communications, and represent the protocol at IRL events and conferences.

I’ve built and led distributed moderator teams, designed onboarding and support systems, hosted live community programming, and served as a trusted community interface during protocol upgrades, governance events, and periods of rapid change.

I focus on trust-first community design: clear onboarding, scalable operations, durable engagement loops, and transparent communication that turns users into contributors and contributors into long-term advocates.
